Terms and Liability.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will exchange or credit your purchase price, as long as the product is returned with an RMA and in our original packing materials, all in new condition, unused, and unmodified, including all, accessories and documentation within 30 days of purchase. If products are not returned in proper condition, we may refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee. Credit will be issued to accounts in current status. Past due accounts must be paid in full before any credit will be issued. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. KM Creative Designs shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, KM Creative Designs may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return, KM Creative Designs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at KM Creative designs discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.

Ownership: All material on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, links, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is owned, controlled by, or licensed to KM Creative Designs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Material on the Site is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of KM Creative designs in each instance. You may download material intentionally made available for downloading from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you keep intact any and all copyright and other proprietary notices that may appear on such materials.
